All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Lost or Delayed Packages After a package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. Customers should contact USPS directly regarding delivery issues. No Returns or Exchanges All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim.
